Established in 2013, Ananda Holdings is an entrepreneurial family real estate office focused on development and ownership of multifamily properties, boutique medical and commercial office buildings in Southern California. We have built a diverse and high performing portfolio of assets to hold for the long term and deliver superior returns and a best-in-class experience for our clients. We own and manage our portfolio and are actively engaged in the business operations to ensure sound financial performance across our portfolio.

Our Team

  • VINOD JIVRAJKA, MD

    President

    Dr. Vinod Jivrajka, a recognized and successful entrepreneur, founded Ananda Holdings, Inc. in 2013. He leads our investment strategy and has built a diversified, high performing real estate portfolio in Southern California through development projects and acquisition.

    An interventional cardiologist by training, he was the founder, President, and CEO of AppleCare Medical Group for more than 20 years.  He was also the founder and Chairman of Board of Episource, LLC, a healthcare technology company with expertise in risk adjustment coding and analytics.

    Under Dr. Vinod’s leadership, AppleCare Medical Group and Episource LLC were sold to United HealthCare.

    Dr. Vinod currently serves on the Board of Directors for South Asian Heart Foundation at UCLA. He holds a Medical Degree from the University of Bombay in India, he completed a Fellowship in Cardiovascular Medicine from University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky where he also served as an Assistant Professor of Medicine. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Disease. 

  • NEIL JIVRAJKA

    Vice President

    Neil Jivrajka is a seasoned real estate investor and developer and Vice President at Ananda Holdings Inc., a privately held real estate investment and development firm based in Los Angeles. He leads the firm’s acquisition, development, and asset management activities, with a focus on multifamily properties and long-term value creation. Prior to focusing on real estate, Neil helped build a healthcare technology company that was ultimately acquired in a significant transaction. He brings an entrepreneurial and disciplined investment approach to identifying opportunities and executing complex projects. Neil earned his undergraduate degree from UCLA and his MBA degree from USC.

  • TRISH BAESEMANN

    Vice President

    Trish is an experienced executive who brings decades of operational expertise to Ananda. She oversees property management activities and collaborates on business development efforts. Prior to joining Ananda, Trish worked in executive positions across the healthcare delivery system including hospitals, medical groups, and consulting firms. Her background managing complex operations with multiple stakeholders directly informs how she approaches vendor relationships and property management today.
